Hi! I'm Emily, and I'm trying to lose weight! I'm 19, in school with a major in music education (I play bass!) and soon to be minor in acting, and I have a passion for writing music ;D I'm a gamer girl (not the "I play COD with my boyfriend sometimes!" I mean the kind that doesn't care if we play Brawl, L4D, Bioshock, Assassins Creed, or Halo. I will kick it's ass.

I'm also a theatre dork :D Been in it since 6th grade and I never want to leave. I am head over heels for Sondheim and Jason Robert Brown, as well as Scott Alan.

    Where’s my family?

    I went upstairs for a 15 minute nap at 3:30, and just woke up. It’s 6pm. I’m very disoriented, and I walked downstairs and my family is gone.

    Where did they go?

    I have rehearsal in 40 minutes =[

    I mean, technically, I suppose you could, but that would probably involve an incredibly unhealthy diet, but everybody loses weight differently. If you’re just starting out, and you’re at a high weight, you may lose your water weight quickly and if you’re hitting the gym often and maybe doing HITT, then I suppose you could lose that much that quickly, but I would strongly advise against any sort of unhealthy diet that would provide that weight loss, mostly because you wouldn’t be healthy skinny, you’d be losing muscle mass as well as fat. A healthy weight loss would be around 2lbs a week, so I’d be looking at 8-10lbs a month, give or take.
