I went upstairs for a 15 minute nap at 3:30, and just woke up. It’s 6pm. I’m very disoriented, and I walked downstairs and my family is gone.

Where did they go?
I have rehearsal in 40 minutes =[
I mean, technically, I suppose you could, but that would probably involve an incredibly unhealthy diet, but everybody loses weight differently. If you’re just starting out, and you’re at a high weight, you may lose your water weight quickly and if you’re hitting the gym often and maybe doing HITT, then I suppose you could lose that much that quickly, but I would strongly advise against any sort of unhealthy diet that would provide that weight loss, mostly because you wouldn’t be healthy skinny, you’d be losing muscle mass as well as fat. A healthy weight loss would be around 2lbs a week, so I’d be looking at 8-10lbs a month, give or take.
